Where orders ship from and how that affects you
Fulfilment is coordinated from New Zealand unless we notify you otherwise at purchase. Cross-border buyers remain responsible for customs fees, additional taxes, or import prohibitions on food supplements in their country. Those charges are not refunds we control.
Hygiene limits on opened ingestible products apply everywhere we sell. Cooling-off rights differ by region; the table below describes how we operate the warehouse desk and does not replace mandatory consumer laws where you live.

How to start a request

Shipping costs on returns
We supply prepaid labels when the return stems from our error or defective stock. If you changed your mind on an eligible sealed unit, outbound postage may be deducted from the refund where local law permits.
Refund timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment path within ten banking days after our warehouse logs the parcel. Card networks may add their own clearing period.
EU and UK shoppers
Statutory fourteen-day withdrawal rights may apply to distance sales of goods that remain sealed. Hygiene exceptions cover products you opened beyond what is necessary to verify identity of goods.
Regulatory recalls
If a competent authority orders a recall, we publish notices on this domain and process returns even when seals are broken.
